So of course, a cleaning installation represents a big financial investment, but it can save a contractor time, and enable him to restart production after one or two hours.

He doesn’t have to wait three or four days for the mold to be cleaned. That’s a huge advantage. As a result, cost-effectiveness can be calculated in different ways.
Cost-effectiveness is obviously quicker when there are many tools to clean every day, or when the tools are very delicate (filigrees).
There are very simple tools, such as those for making a bucket for example: easy to clean by hand. But there are also very small and detailed parts, such as gear wheels for example. Cleaning them by hand is extremely complicated.
