We will to show you an example of the results that we can attain when it comes to cleaning parts.

The example we have chosen is removing polishing paste from brass parts.

In order to do so we will use an automated cleaning line.

Every line is equipped with the HMI that we developed ourselves, the MCU (Machine Controller Unit) that includes a simple programming system with real time control and vizualisation of the machine.

As almost all of the solutions that we develop, this one will be based on detergent cleaning.

Description of the different steps of this process :

The process has 6 steps.

Each step is equally important in order to end up with a perfectly clean part.

The first step is initial cleaning

The first step is initial cleaning.

In this tank, we use a combination of a FIMM detergent and a magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducer.

The second step is an intermediate rinse

The second step is an intermediate rinse, which removes the dirts removed from the step 1.

The third step is a final clean

The third step is a final clean with a second fimm detergent and a piezo multi transducer.

The fourth step is a prefinal rinse

The fourth step is a prefinal rinse. It helps to finalize the job made during the previous cleaning step.

The fifth step is a final rinse

The fifth step is a final rinse in deionized water with a piezo multi transducer.

The final step is drying

And the final step is hot air blowing drying

Here is the final result and of course it is perfect as expected !

The parts are cleaned and correspond to the cleaning criteria of our customer. All dirts have been erased.
